The comprehensive expertise of our employees, high-quality equipment and the wide range of services characterise the testing laboratory of Würth Industrie Service. The testing laboratory carries out both standard-compliant and customised, application-related tests. We also carry out failure analysis.
Our portfolio of tests includes friction coefficient and torque tests, hardness testing methods, tensile and pendulum impact tests, other material and surface tests and geometry measurement. You can find our specific range of tests here .
The laboratory area of the three-storey building covers a total of 800 m². We have been testing since 2008 with modern testing equipment, seamless quality management and fast response times - all in the interest of our clients. We not only examine Würth products, but also all connecting elements that you as a customer would like to have tested.

Our services
Our testing laboratory is subject to regular audits by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) to ensure that both our technical expertise and our technical equipment meet the highest standards. This ensures complete impartiality towards external parties, which means that our audit reports are recognised worldwide.
